Fed Cup Tennis Addition

Amy Frazier was selected to replace the ailing Lindsay Davenport on the U.S. Fed Cup team.

Frazier, of Rochester Hills, Mich., joins Gigi Fernandez, Mary Joe Fernandez and Martina Navratilova on the team that will face Austria in the first round of the Fed Cup on Saturday and Sunday at the Turnberry Isle Resort & Club in Aventura, Fla.

Davenport, listed sixth in the WTA Tour rankings, was forced to withdraw because of food poisoning following a bout with pneumonia.
