Pick-Up Party Will Mark Earth Day

Add Spokesman-Review on Google

Teens looking for something substantive to do with their Saturday (It’s Earth Day, you know) can join the Student Environmental Action Coalition at People’s Park for a trash pick-up party. Just bring your energy and a sack lunch for a picnic afterward. Meet in the People’s Park parking lot at 10 a.m.

Call us: Our Generation is still waiting to hear from teens who have struggled with the divorce of their parents. If you’d like to be interviewed, call Cityline at 458-8800 in Spokane or 765-8811 in Coeur d’Alene. Enter category 9894.

Get involved: Organizers for the new Libby Teen Center are looking for your opinion on what features teens want in the soon-to-open center. Attend one of these meetings to have your say: Thursday, 3:30 p.m., at the West Central Community Center; April 27, 7 p.m. at the Northeast Community Center and April 29, 11 a.m., at the YMCA.
