Chang In Final

At Hong Kong, defending champion and top seed Michael Chang defeated fellow American Jim Courier 6-4, 6-2 in the semifinals of the Salem Open. Chang’s opponent in today’s final will be Jonas Bjorkman, who defeated fellow Swede and doubles partner Jan Apell 6-1, 6-4 to reach his first championship match of the year.
