‘Young Nation’
Life is changing, I’m growing up. Things are different, so are people. I remember a time when kissing was thought to be a big thing, but now it’s the norm. I remember a time when young boys could only dream of sex, but now virginity is theirs to take. I remember when drugs were thought to be bad, but now we only hope that one of our friends doesn’t get hooked on dope. Heroin is coming back, and things are going strong with crack. They do it hard without hesitation, not stopping to think what they’re doing to the nation. The young nation, that is. And the darkness that hung before, has filled the sky, bringing the young nation to its knees. Preying on their helplessness and inability to think before they act. And when finally the young nation is gone, there is nothing left under the sun. And man has come to an end. Young Nation.
