Prison Releases

The Washington Department of Corrections reported the following people were released from prison during July:

Ronald Coons Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, nine months and four days for vehicular homicide; released to Oregon after one year, one month and five days. Allen Combs Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, eight months and 23 days for second-degree rape; released to Yakima after

one year, six months and eight days.

Donald Low Sentenced in Spokane County to 10 years for indecent liberties; released to Spokane after six years, seven months and nine days.

Tyree Johnson Sentenced in King County to seven years, five months and three days for first-degree assault; released to Spokane after five years, eight months and seven days.

Truman Higginbotham Sentenced in Spokane County to three years for assault; was released to Spokane after five months and 24 days.

Allin Ammons Sentenced in Grant County to one year, four months and two days for assault; released to Spokane after one year, three months and 11 days.

Mickey Brown Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, six months and three days for second-degree burglary; released to Spokane after two years and three days.

Eric Lee Sentenced in Spokane County to six years and one day for second-degree burglary; released to Whitman County after four years, seven months and nine days.

Brock Pihl Sentenced in Spokane County to five years, three months and two days for second-degree burglary; released to Spokane after three years, one month and 16 days.

Toni Callandert Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, three months and one day for second-degree burglary; released to Spokane after three years, nine months and seven days.

Lewis Musgrave Sentenced in Spokane County to five years, nine months and four days for theft; released to Oregon after two years, two months and 12 days.

Robert Holbert Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, 10 months and four days for automobile theft; released to King after one year, three months and eight days.

Kimberly Shuman Sentenced in Spokane County to one year and one day for forgery; released to Spokane after five months and eight days.

Michael Wyatt Sentenced in King County to two years, nine months and four days for forgery; released to Spokane after one year, one month and 26 days.

Harold Barton Sentenced in Chelan County to one year and one day for property crime; released to Spokane after five months and 25 days.

Thomas Franklin Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, five months and three days for property crime; released to Spokane after one year, four months and 22 days.

Dennis Detwiler Sentenced in Pierce County to one year, five months and two days for a drug crime; released to Spokane after one year, 10 months and 29 days.

Duane Thomas Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, two months and one day for a drug crime; released to Spokane after five months and 24 days.

Sheri Chuitt Sentenced in Asotin County to three years, six months and three days for a drug crime; released to Spokane after two years, seven months and 26 days.

Clayton McCowan Sentenced in Kitsap County to three years for a drug crime; released to Spokane after five months and 16 days.

Deborah Boes Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, five months and two days for miscellaneous felony; released to Grant after one year, seven months and one day.
