U.S. Tourist’s Body Found Decapitated

The headless body of an American tourist missing for two weeks has been discovered near the site where a British woman was killed last year.

Police identified the body Saturday as that of Libyan-born Nadiya Omar Ramadan, about 30, of New York.

Ramadan arrived in this African country July 24 with her brother, Eyad, who returned to the United States on Aug. 6 after reporting his sister missing.
