Spring, Texas, is headed to the championship game of the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa.

The team from the Houston suburb beat Yorba Linda, Calif., 3-1 behind the pitching of Michael Cepeda, who threw a two-hitter and struck out 13.

On Saturday, Spring will face Taiwan, which beat the Dominican Republic 1-0 in seven innings.

Players at the Little League World Series have been bolting from the dugout to the bathrooms this week as a flu that apparently started in Saudi Arabia has made its way through the dormitories.

The 112 players share a cafeteria, bathrooms and a swimming pool, so one sick player can quickly infect dozens.
