Kiemle And Hagood Merge With Johnson
Spokane’s biggest commercial real estate company just got a little bigger.
Kiemle and Hagood Co., which projects sales and leasings of 1,250,000 square feet this year, merged Dec. 1 with Jeff K. Johnson Co., which has a leasing and sales volume of 100,000 square feet per year.
The name will remain Kiemle and Hagood Co.
Johnson, who worked for Kiemle and Hagood Co. as an associate broker before starting his own firm in 1989, will be the new director of leasing.
“Our company is continually on the lookout for opportunities to expand,” CEO Jerry Hagood said in a press release. “This merger is a perfect fit for that goal.” , DataTimes
