At a glance: It’s the annual look at the Bronocs, at least what’s left of them. Left wing Brad Larsen, an Ottawa Senators third-round draft pick, is off to New Brunswick for the Canadian National Junior Team evaluation camp. Coach Todd McLellan and two players - Tyler Willis and Jeremy Rondeau - were to be suspended Tuesday for their roles in a Sunday night brawl with the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Suspending the coach for not controlling his players is normal procedure. Chiefs are without Jason Podollan, who’s also at the evaluation camp, but Gillam (shoulder) is back, and closer to full strength. Swift Current’s St. Louis was on an eight-game scoring streak heading into Tuesday night’s Swift Current-Tri-City game in Kennewick. Spokane fans may recognize Broncos LW Scott Burt from his days as a Seattle Thunderbird. Although GK McDonald, a Florida Panthers second-round draft pick, pulled a hamstring in NHL camp and has struggled since then, the Broncos are showing signs of turning the Central, the weakest of the WHL’s three divisions, into a romp.
