Pauline Weilsandt Spokane

Pauline (Ecklardt) Weilsandt, Spokane, is 100 years old today.

Born Dec. 15, 1895, in Lincoln, Neb., Mrs. Weilsandt has lived 99 years in the Inland Northwest, and the past 30 at her current residence.

She married Henry H. Weilsandt in 1923. He died in 1983.

Mrs. Weilsandt was a full-time homemaker and had one son, Henry John Weilsandt, who died in 1964.

She has two grandchildren.

She attributes her longevity to not smoking, having “a good marriage and good living.”
