Fbi Seeks Help Finding Bank Robber
The FBI wants the public’s help in finding a man who robbed three Spokane banks in the last week.
In all three robberies, the man wore a hooded sweat shirt, said Mark Cullinan, an FBI special agent.
Last Wednesday afternoon, a man robbed First Interstate Bank at 1415 N. Hamilton. Two days later, on Friday, authorities believe the same man robbed the US Bank at 3909 N. Lincoln.
On Monday, the Seafirst Bank at 8505 E. Sprague was robbed.
In each case, the man handed the teller a note, demanded money, said he had a gun and fled with cash, Cullinan said.
A late-70s, white, four-door car may be linked to the robberies, he said.
The robber is described as a white man in his 30s, 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 10, about 180 pounds with a thick, dark mustache, Cullinan said. , DataTimes ILLUSTRATION: Photo
