Russian Diver’s Death A Mystery

Olympic silver medal-winning diver Elena Mirochina was found dead outside of her Moscow apartment two weeks ago.

Mirochina, 21, either jumped or was pushed from a window in her fifth-floor apartment on Dec. 18, said a duty officer for Moscow city police.

Her body was found just after 3 a.m., he said, speaking on condition of anonymity. Mirochina’s death has not been reported by Russian news media.
