Spokane Man Held On Stalking Charges
A Spokane man was being held Friday on suspicion of stalking a woman.
Timothy M. Baker, 40, 1324 W. Glass, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of felony stalking in the 5800 block of North Hemlock, the Spokane Police Department said.
Baker was being held at the Spokane County Jail on a $50,000 cash-only bond, a jail spokeswoman said.
A witness said the stalker used a stepladder to look in a window at the home on North Hemlock and was chased away by the victim’s dogs.
The victim told police the same man had stalked her before.
Baker has a criminal record, which includes 14 convictions, police said. Three of those are for burglary. , DataTimes
