The council will consider whether to approve a $25,000 study of odor problems at the Regional Compost Facility.

Spokane Plan Commission

Wednesday, 2 p.m. regular meeting, council chambers

City Hall, W808 Spokane Falls Blvd.

The commission will hold workshops on the Indian Trail Neighborhood Specific Plan and the proposed Moran Prairie annexation.

Spokane Park Board

Thursday, 1:30 p.m. regular meeting, council chambers

City Hall, W808 Spokane Falls Blvd.

The board will consider leasing the Riverfront Park pavilion to the Seattlebased Pacific Science Center for 20 years.
