Tuesday, Feb. 21

1:30 p.m. House Hearing Rm. A, John L. O’Brien Bldg., House Education Committee public hearing on HB1854, allowing a simple majority of voters to authorize school district levies and bonds.

1:30 p.m. Senate Hearing Rm. 1, J.A. Cherberg Bldg., Senate Law and Justice Committee public hearing on SB5759, authorizing judges to impose longer sentences on persons convicted of obstructing legal abortions, and SB5488, allowing judges to impose increased sentences on persons convicted of domestic violence.
