Roby Signs With Bucs Tampa, Fla.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made Reggie Roby the NFL’s highest paid punter this weekend by signing him to a three-year contract for $1.965 million.

Roby, who played last year with the Washington Redskins, became an unrestricted free agent Friday.
