The Jacksonville Jaguars and Jaguar Cars Ltd. have settled a lawsuit filed by the automaker, which claimed the team’s name and original logo infringed upon its leaping-cat trademarks.

Details of the settlement weren’t disclosed, but Ford Motor Co., which owns Jaguar Cars, will be the official automobile partner of the Jacksonville Jaguars, team and company officials said.
