Andrus Rejoins Albertson’s Board
Retired Gov. Cecil Andrus is rejoining the Albertson’s, Inc., board of directors.
The supermarket chain announced the appointment Tuesday, the day after the Democrat’s retirement after an unprecedented four terms as governor.
Andrus, 63, was on Albertson’s board for three years prior to returning to the governor’s office in 1987.
Albertson’s pays its outside board members $26,400 per year plus $1,000 per board or committee meeting attended.
