Frier Crash Decision Near

King County prosecutors may decide later this week whether any criminal charges are warranted in an auto accident that left Seattle Seahawk Mike Frier paralyzed from the waist down.

Kirkland police have turned over the results of their investigation into the Dec. 1 crash that also injured Seahawks star running back Chris Warren and rookie running back Lamar Smith.

Police have not said who they concluded was driving the car.
