Samantha Phillips recently became the bride of John C. Grove in a ceremony at St. David’s Episcopal Church.

The bride is the daughter of Judith Sierra, Colbert, Hector Sierra, Spokane, and John and Bobbi Phillips, Fremont, Calif. Barbara and Terry Grove, Oak Harbor, Wash., are the parents of the groom.

A reception was held at The Viewpoint Restaurant. The Groves are living in Charleston after a honeymoon at The Coeur d’Alene Resort.
