Sheriff Hiring Reserve Deputies

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Department is accepting applications for reserve deputy sheriffs.

Applicants must be 21 years old and meet various physical requirements. A complete background investigation will be conducted and any prior convictions or involvement in felony and certain misdemeanor crimes will disqualify the applicant.

Applicants will also be subjected to an interview before a board comprised of sheriff’s office personnel and reservists, and a polygraph examination.
