Man Reports Shots While He Was Driving

A Spokane man told city police someone took a shot at him as he was driving his car on the North Side early Saturday.

The man said he was driving his pickup near the intersection of Magnesium and Nevada about 3 a.m. when a older model Buick pulled alongside, police reported.

The man said someone in the car fired a gun at him, shattering a window and showering him with broken glass.

Some of the glass hit the man in the neck, and he received medical aid at Holy Family Hospital, police reported.

Officers are investigating.
