Steffi Graf, under investigation by tax authorities, may leave Germany so she can “concentrate totally” on tennis.

In a weekend interview, Graf told ZDF television that she was sure her father Peter and her accountants had done nothing wrong in handling her finances. However, the world’s top-ranked player said the negative publicity may force her to leave Germany.

The newsmagazine Der Spiegel reported tax authorities were looking into income that Peter Graf invested abroad.
