Teens Suspected Of Car Prowling

From Staff And Wire Reports

Two Selah, Wash., teenagers were arrested early Sunday at Houston and Division streets after reportedly prowling cars on Spokane’s North Side.

Jason A. Henry, 19, and Christopher L. Gabbard, 18, were arrested.

Police spotted two men near Howard and Queen just after 4 a.m. looking into cars. Police said they stopped the two and found a loaded gun and possible burglary tools.

Henry was being held in jail Sunday night for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Henry had been convicted of armed burglary, police said. His bond had not been set.

Gabbard posted bond and was released.
