Laurence Earl and Carol Ellen Estes, Spokane, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday with a reception at 3 p.m. at the home of their son, Ronald.

Hosts for the event will be their son and his wife, Ronald L. and Pamela D. Estes, Spokane.

Married Aug. 3, 1945, in Spokane, the couple have four grandchildren.
