Story Subjects, Let’s Talk

Have you been written about in the newspaper in the past two or three years? Did the article (or your photograph) have a positive or negative effect in your life?

We want to talk with you at The Spokesman-Review. We are planning three roundtable discussions in June between journalists and the people they’ve written about and photographed.

Journalists write about people’s lives every day yet hear very little feedback on the short-term and long-term results from those stories. The purpose of the forums is to get a dialogue going between journalists and the people they have featured in their work.

The Spokane forum will be held the evening of Monday June 19. The Coeur d’Alene forum will be held the evening of Wednesday June 21 and the Spokane Valley forum will be held Monday June 26.

If you are interested in attending, please call Interactive editor Rebecca Nappi at 459-5496 or editorial assistant Mary Beth Donelan at 459-5485.

Outside of Spokane, call (800) 789-0029, ext. 5496 or 5485.
