GOVERNOR:

SB5342, to renew financial aid to hart-hit timber workers, and to extend it to out-of-work salmon fishermen.

HOUSE:

Bills passed and sent to the Senate.

HB1317, to require private developers to heavily involve local citizens as a prerequisite to winning approval of toll road projects.

HB1540, to take away from the governor and give to the Commission on Fish and Wildlife the power to appoint the agency director.

HB1527, to provide $50,000 for construction of a World War II monument on the Capitol Campus grounds.

HB1632, to allow the Department of Natural Resources to exchange stateowned tidelands and shorelands with private and other public landowners if the exchange is in the public interest.

HB1632, to require that injured persons treated by others to undergo a blood test.
