Wedding vows were exchanged by Deborah Editha Viernes and Jeff Colby Hall in a recent ceremony at Wauwatosa Community Chapel, Milwaukee, Wis.

The Rev. Harry and Ann Viernes, Baguio City, Philippines, are parents of the bride. Hall is the son of Mark and Vicki Hall, Veradale.

A reception was held at the church hall. The Halls are living in Grand Rapids.
