Spokane Doctor Waives Hearing On Abuse Charge
A Spokane doctor accused of sexually abusing a Bonner County teenager has waived his preliminary court hearing.
Dr. Gregory Nail, 47, was slated to appear in Magistrate Court Friday after being charged with two counts of lewd conduct with a minor.
The hearing was to decide if enough evidence exists for Nail to stand trial.
Nail and his attorney, Glen Walker, gave the court no reason for waiving the preliminary hearing. The doctor is now scheduled to enter a plea in District Court on March 31.
Nail, who has a general practice in Spokane, has denied the molestation charges.
