Leland West has been OK’d for a license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at The Smokers Outlet, 926 W. Indiana.

Greenbluff Trading Post Inc. has applied for a transfer license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at Greenbluff Trading Post, 9920 E. Day Mount Spokane Road, Mead. The license is currently held by Allen and Lane Mangurten, doing business as Green Bluff General Store.
