Glover employees provide solution
We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to Vice Principal Phil Newsum and to custodians Dan Allie and Ed Magnuson of Glover Middle School.
These gentlemen voluntarily came to our assistance in resolving a problem we were recently having with a student from the school.
In today’s environment we hear and read far too often negative comments concerning the lack of responsibility shown by School District 81 and its employees.
The way these three individuals took the initiative to help with our problem clearly indicates that they are keenly interested in teaching their students respect for private property and, as in our case, seeing that those teachings are being practiced.
We would also like to applaud the faculty and staff at the school for their continued effort to improve relations between the school and the residents of the area.
The acts of good will and the improved dismissal procedure, which has eliminated loitering after school, has not gone unnoticed. Thanks for all of your efforts and a very special thanks to Mr. Newsum, Mr. Allie and Mr. Magnuson. John and Ramona Hodges Spokane
