Man Sought By Secret Witness For Assault On Homeowner
The Secret Witness program is looking for a man who is wanted for assaulting a Spokane homeowner.
Percy Blakely, 22, is charged with two counts of second-degree assault and one count of first-degree burglary.
Blakely, along with another man who’s now in jail, attacked a homeowner and his daughter at their house March 21. The man’s arm was broken by blows from a baseball bat.
Blakely has six convictions, including one for theft and another for indecent exposure. He is considered dangerous.
He is 6 foot 2 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He is a gang affiliate and sometimes uses the name Percy Gone.
A cash reward is being offered for information that leads to Blakely’s arrest. Witnesses do not have to give their names to be eligible for the money. Residents can call 327-5111 with tips on Blakely’s whereabouts.
