Thomas Muster rallied past a self-destructing Wayne Ferreira to reach today’s final of the the Italian Open in Rome. The win extended his clay-court winning streak to 27 matches.

Muster, the seventh seed, won 3-6, 6-1, 6-3, and will face No. 8 Sergi Bruguera, who defeated Goran Ivanisevic 6-4, 6-4.
