Injured Woman Listed As Stable

A 27-year-old Coeur d’Alene woman was listed in stable condition Monday at a Spokane hospital after a car wreck.

Kelly McBride suffered serious head, neck and chest injuries Monday morning in the crash south of St. Maries.

The Idaho State Police said she was driving a 1995 Ford pickup truck southbound on state Highway 6 when she drove off the road and rolled the truck. The accident occurred at 2:45 a.m.

McBride was picked up by a passing motorist and taken to Benewah Community Hospital in St. Maries.

She then was flown to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.
