N. Korean Gunboat Seizes S. Korean Boat

North Korean gunboats fired on a South Korean fishing boat then seized it today near the western sea border, maritime officials said.

An unknown number of crewmen were aboard the boat when it was seized about 12:50 p.m. (11:50 p.m. Monday EDT), they said.
