Man Burned When Motor Home Blows Up

A man suffered minor burns when a motor home blew up Friday evening in the Spokane Valley, authorities said.

The motor home exploded about 6:52 p.m. in the 12000 block of East Portland, the Valley Fire District said.

The man was inside the motor home during the explosion and was taken to a hospital for treatment, a dispatcher said.

The cause of the blast is under investigation.

The fire district released no other information about the explosion.
