Arrasmith Trial Delayed Until Today

Monday’s scheduled start of the Ken Arrasmith murder trial was postponed until today after jury selection went into Saturday and attorneys asked for more time to prepare.

The trial is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. and last two to three weeks. The jury, chosen from Twin Falls, will be sequestered the entire time.

Arrasmith is accused of shooting Ron and Luella Bingham of Clarkston, Wash., who allegedly sexually abused and tortured his daughter.
