Buyer Who Sought Revenge Sent To Jail
A disgruntled customer accused of trying to hire someone to break the legs of her car dealer was sentenced Thursday to 30 days in jail.
Judge Dale Crawford also gave Kathleen Kyanko, 29, of Dublin, a two-year suspended sentence; ordered her to spend six months under house arrest and three years on probation; pay a $1,000 fine and continue to receive psychological counseling.
She had gone to Dave Gill Pontiac to have a security system installed in her car and was upset because she did not receive a warranty on the system, assistant Prosecutor David Devillers said.
