Usa Mat Coach Chosen

Joe Seay, who led the U.S. national freestyle team to world team titles two of the last three years, is USA Wrestling’s choice to become head coach of the 1996 Olympic team.

The freestyle Olympic Trials are scheduled June 8-9 at the Arena in Spokane. Seay was selected along with Greg Strobel, chosen by the national governing body’s executive committee as assistant coach.
