Alexander Mogilny had two goals and an assist and Kirk McLean made 27 saves to lead Vancouver to a 3-2 victory over the St. Louis Blues Thursday night.

The victory snapped a four-game losing streak for the Canucks. The Blues are winless in their last four.

Mogilny put the Canucks ahead 2-1 on a power play at 1:53 of the third period on a rebound of a shot by Roman Oksiuta that Blues goalie Grant Fuhr was unable to smother.

The Blues appeared to have tied the score 39 seconds later when Geoff Courtnall knocked in a rebound of a shot by Craig Johnson. But referee Don Van Massenhoven disallowed the goal when a video replay appeared to show Courtnall kicking the puck into the net with his skate.

Oksiuta made the score 3-1 at 11:21 when he took a pass from Mogilny during a 2-on-1 break and fired the puck passed Fuhr.
