Mom Gets Proof Of Lotto Win

When the winner of Wednesday’s million-dollar Lotto jackpot tried to share her good news, her mother insisted on hearing it from someone official.

“Let me talk to the lady at the counter,” said the mother of Linda Moffet of Sumner.

Further proof came Friday as Moffet picked up the first of 20 annual checks for $36,000.
