Ski Swap Scheduled For Oct. 27-29

Frost has come, can snow be far behind? Or the Mount Spokane Ski Patrol’s annual ski swap? A weather forecaster will have to answer the first question, but read on to find out about the second.

The 31st Ski Swap will be next weekend, Oct. 27-29, at the Spokane Interstate Fairgrounds.

Downhill and nordic ski equipment, snowboards and winter clothing will be there in abundance.

Oct. 27, from 3-9 p.m. you can register items for sale. It costs 25 cents to register an item, with a 16 percent assessment for items sold. Proceeds benefit the ski patrol.

Sale days are Oct. 28-29. Doors are open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and 9-noon Sunday. Unsold items can be claimed from 1-4 p.m.
