Peking Palace, Inc., has paid a monetary penalty of $3,500, in order to vacate a suspension of liquor license privileges. Peking Palace, Inc., has a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer, and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales, at Peking Palace, 11110 E. Sprague, Spokane. The licensee, or employee, was charged with allowing a person apparently under the influence of liquor to consume liquor on the licensed premises.

Duncan & Duncan, Inc., has applied for a license to sell beer and wine in conjunction with food sales, at Pete’s Pizza Plant, #4, 18219 Corbin Place East, Spokane.
