We Want Your Next Best-Selling Story

The time has come to let go. Go public. All those poems and stories you’ve written? We want to see them.

Our Generation announces its fifth annual creative writing page, and we’re looking for the best work of Inland Northwest teens. The deadline is Dec. 1, a little more than a month from now. The Our Generation staff will pick the best entries and print them in the Dec. 20 issue. So get writing!

Here are the rules:

1. You must be between 13 and 19 years of age.

2. Entries can be poems or short stories of no more than 1,000 words. You may also include drawings or other artwork (yours or a friend’s) to accompany your piece.

3. Only one entry per person.

4. Mail a copy of your work to Our Generation, Get Creative, P.O. Box 2160, Spokane, WA 99210-1615. Include your name, age, school, address and phone number. Entries can’t be return.
