A Gift That Keeps Giving

If your company has T-shirts or baseball caps with the corporate logo, don’t give them just to customers and suppliers - make sure employees get them, too.

That’s the suggestion of Entrepreneur magazine, which calls the freebies a morale booster for workers.

“Giving employees free company-logo T-shirts and hats shows them they’re appreciated,” the magazine says.

The shirts and hats are also team builders, and the free advertising the company gets when employees wear them to the supermarket or discount store doesn’t hurt.
