Tommie Frazier, RB/Sr. Nebraska: In 50-10 win over Michigan St., bruised his left thigh and watched the second half from the sideline, but is expected to be ready next week against Arizona State. In the first half, he was just 1 of 2 for 8 yards and rushed for 30 yards on five carries.

Lawrence Phillips, RB/Jr. Nebraska: In win over Michigan St., carried 22 times for 206 yards. He scored on touchdown runs of 1, 2, 1 and 50 yards. Update: 34 carries for 359 yards, seven TDs.

Warrick Dunn, RB, Florida St.: In 45-26 win over Clemson, carried 12 times for 180 yards and two TDs, including a 55-yard sprint.

Tim Biakabutuka, RB, Michigan.: In 24-7 win over Memphis, rushed for 143 yards and two scores.

STREAKS

At Clemson, the Seminoles won their 26th straight game since joining the ACC in 1992.

Ohio University ended the longest losing streak in Division I with a 14-6 victory over Illinois State. The Bobcats had lost their last 12 games, dating to the final game of the 1993 season. Kentucky now owns the nation’s longest Division I-A losing streak at 12

Nebraska’s 50-10 win over Michigan State was the Huskers’ 27th straight regular-season win.

NOTABLES

Chris Parker became the Southern Conference’s all-time leading scorer with two TDs in a 45-14 win over Tennessee Tech. Parker has 332 career points, surpassing the record of 330 set by Marshall kicker Dewey Klein.

Pooh Bear Williams FSU’s 280-pound fullback, scored on two short runs in a 45-26 win over Clemson. Williams has six touchdowns on just nine carries this season.

Madre Hall scored a school-record six TDs and ran for 178 yards in Arkansas’ win over South Carolina.

New Hampshire thought it had beat UConn 23-21 on a 36-yard FG on the game’s final play, but officials ruled the snap had not occurred before time expired.
