Man With Extensive Arrest Record Sought By Secret Witness Program

Secret Witness is asking for information on the whereabouts of Torrey DeShawn Baker, a 25-year-old man who has averaged three arrests for every year of his life.

Baker, who is 5-foot-7, 275 pounds, has been arrested 74 times since 1988. Among his 39 convictions are violations for forgery, drug dealing, theft and assault.

Baker is now wanted for forgery.

Anyone with information on Baker’s whereabouts should call Secret Witness at 327-5111. A cash reward is offered.

Callers do not have to give their names to be eligible for the money. Callers may identify themselves using code names or numbers.

Secret Witness is a civilian organization not associated with law enforcement.
