Wedding vows were exchanged by Cari Nicole Baxter and Jeffrey Scott Welch in a recent ceremony at Trinity Baptist Church.

Charles and Sharon Baxter, Spokane, are parents of the bride. Welch is the son of Bill and Janet Welch, Moses Lake.

A reception was at the church. The Welches are living in Salem after a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii.
