The committee plans to discuss several real-estate bids, including the six proposals for the former Manito Public Library, 404 E. 30th.

Spokane City Council

Monday, 3 p.m. citizens’ briefing, lower-level conference room.

3:30 p.m. council briefing.

6 p.m. public forum.

6:30 p.m. regular meeting.

The council plans to discuss a pay raise proposed for the city’s top 16 managers, an ethics policy and a revised administrative land-use code.

Spokane Hearing Examiner

Tuesday, 9 a.m. regular meeting, second-floor conference room.

The hearing examiner will consider a zone change request from P & T Partners, which wants to build a shopping center at the intersection of Regal Street and the realigned Palouse Highway.

Spokane City Plan Commission

Wednesday, 1:30 p.m. regular meeting, second-floor conference room.

The commission will discuss the Centennial Trail’s route along the south side of the Spokane River west of Latah Creek.

Spokane Park Board

Thursday, 1:30 p.m. regular meeting.
