The hearing examiner will consider a development proposed for 52 acres on the east side of Nine Mile Road, east of Lyons and Woodside avenues. The plan calls for 76 single-family homes, 36 townhouses, 30 duplex units, 32 fourplex units and 23.5 acres of common area.
